CryptoLens Household

Married or in a civil partnership? UK tax law makes spousal crypto transfers no-gain/no-loss under TCGA s.58 — but every crypto tax tool we've seen makes you do the pooling arithmetic by hand. We're building a proper household plan that automates this. Join the waitlist to hear when it's ready and get founding-member pricing.

What's in the box

  • One subscription covers both spouses — invite your partner by email.
  • Automatic HMRC s.58 no-gain/no-loss handling for any transfer between your linked wallets — no manual entry required.
  • The receiving spouse automatically inherits the transferring spouse's Section 104 pool cost basis at the transfer date.
  • Joint dashboard showing household position with per-person breakdowns for actual Self Assessment filing (spouses still file separately).
  • Two SA108 PDFs (one per spouse) generated in a single action, correctly split.
  • Works for on-chain wallets AND exchange CSVs — including Revolut spousal transfers where there's no on-chain address to link.

Founding-member pricing

Household is planned at £8.99/month (£4/mo cheaper than two Pro subscriptions). Waitlist members lock in £6.99/month for life as a thank-you for helping us design it.

What if we need it now?

The manual workaround works today: import both partners' CSVs / wallets into two separate Pro accounts. On the receiving spouse's account, add manual Buyrows on the transfer dates using the transferring spouse's Section 104 pool cost per unit as the Price. Section 104 Calculator on the transferring spouse's account shows the exact figure. Not elegant, but it produces the correct HMRC-compliant result.

The paid Household tier just automates all of the above so you never have to think about it again.
