Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions

If CryptoLens isn't useful for you in the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we'll refund the most recent month — no questions asked. This applies to Pro, Developer and Business plans (monthly or annual). Email support@cryptolens.uk from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge you want refunded and we'll sort it. No forms, no friction.

One-off purchases are final once delivered

Done-for-you services — including the £99 Pro Tax Review and any other bespoke / one-off engagement — are non-refundable once the work has been delivered. If you haven't received the deliverable yet, contact us and we'll either complete it or refund the order. By placing a one-off order you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 no longer applies once delivery has started.

Try before you pay — 7-day free trial

Every paid plan also includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorised but not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken — and the 30-day money-back guarantee above runs from your first paid charge.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months (but you can still request a refund of the most recent month under the 30-day guarantee).

How to request a refund

Email support@cryptolens.uk from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include:

  • The invoice number (found in your Stripe receipt email).
  • Any supporting detail (screenshots, error messages) — optional.

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback — most issues (billing mistakes, forgotten cancellations during the trial, card compromises) are resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may lead to immediate account termination.
