Refund Policy

All payments are final
All subscription payments to CryptoLens are final and non-refundable. CryptoLens is a digital service provisioned immediately when you subscribe. By starting a paid plan you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 no longer applies.
Try before you pay — 7 day free trial
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorised but not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. This trial is the opportunity to evaluate the Service and decide whether it's right for you before committing. Once the trial ends and the first charge succeeds, the no-refund policy above applies.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months.
Narrow exceptions
We will issue a refund only in these specific circumstances:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by our systems.
- A total service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period and confirmed by our status logs.
- Where required by applicable consumer protection law despite the above waiver.
How to request a refund
Email support@cryptolens.uk from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include:
- The invoice number (found in your Stripe receipt email).
- Which of the exceptions above you are relying on.
- Any supporting detail (screenshots, error messages).
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback — most issues (billing mistakes, forgotten cancellations during the trial, card compromises) are resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may lead to immediate account termination.
