1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CryptoLens ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

CryptoLens provides cryptocurrency wallet analytics — including portfolio tracking, transaction history, UK tax estimation, and market data aggregation — across eight networks: Ethereum, Solana, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, and Base. Features vary by plan; see the pricing page for what is included in each tier.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the wallet scanner, tax tools, alerts, and other non-public features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Free tier and limits

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits, including (without limitation) a cap on the number of transactions shown per wallet scan and reduced access to premium tools. We may adjust free-tier limits from time to time. Paid plans remove or raise these limits as described on the pricing page.

5. Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Developer, and Business tiers) are billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at checkout and include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account page or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate cancellations within a billing period.

We may change prices for renewals with at least 14 days' notice sent to your account email. If you do not accept a price change, you can cancel before the renewal date.

6. Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans.If CryptoLens isn't useful to you in the first 30 days of a paid billing cycle (Pro, Developer or Business), email support@cryptolens.uk from the address on your account with your invoice number and we'll refund the most recent month — no questions asked. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends no payment is taken, and the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to any charge you subsequently incur.

The money-back guarantee covers the most recent month only. Subscriptions billed more than 30 days ago are outside the guarantee window but you can cancel at any time from your account to stop future renewals. Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.

One-off services — including Pro Review, bespoke reports, and any other paid engagement outside of a subscription — are non-refundable once the deliverable has been supplied. By placing a one-off order you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the work is delivered. If the delivered report doesn't meet its stated scope, contact us and we'll refund the order in full.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination.

7. Not financial, investment, or tax advice

CryptoLens is an informational tool only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our tax calculator implements HMRC matching rules (same-day, 30-day bed & breakfast, and Section 104 pooling) but estimates are approximate and must not be relied on for filing. Always consult a qualified tax adviser, accountant, or financial professional before making any financial decisions or filing tax returns.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to evade sanctions.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal interactive use or published API limits.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained from the Service without a Business plan and a written agreement.
Share a single account with multiple individuals; one subscription covers one user.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that are reasonably suspected of fraud, credential stuffing, or abusive usage, without prior notice and without refund.

9. API access

Where your plan includes API access, you may make requests up to the documented rate limits for your tier. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. You must not use API access to build a competing service.

10. Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, CryptoLens relies on third-party blockchain data and price feeds (including CoinGecko, DexScreener, Helius, and network-specific explorers). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Use all information at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account page. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes unlawful. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections dealing with refunds, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or via email to your account address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
