By accessing or using CryptoLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoLens provides cryptocurrency wallet analytics, including portfolio tracking, transaction history, tax estimation, and market data aggregation. The Service supports Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Smart Chain networks.

3. Not Financial or Tax Advice

CryptoLens is an informational tool only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tax estimates are approximate and do not implement full HMRC Section 104 pooling rules. Always consult a qualified tax advisor or financial professional before making any financial decisions or filing tax returns.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

You may create a free account to access basic features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the advertised rate and include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service beyond normal use
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, CryptoLens relies on third-party blockchain data and price feeds (including CoinGecko and DexScreener). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Use all information at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
