Sign in, go to your dashboard, paste your wallet address into the wallet input, choose the chain (or leave Auto for EVM), and click Save. The first scan takes 30–60 seconds; subsequent scans are cached for 5 minutes.

How accurate are the tax calculations?+
Our tax engine implements HMRC's Section 104 pool, same-day rule, 30-day bed-and-breakfast rule, annual exempt amount per year (£3,000 / £6,000 / £12,300 by year), CGT rates with the 30 October 2024 rate change applied automatically, carry-forward losses, spousal transfers (no-gain-no-loss), and known token migrations like MATIC→POL. We also auto-classify Lido/RocketPool staking rewards as income (CRYPTO21200). For the absolute legal answer always consult an accountant — we built the tool we'd want our own accountant to use.
Why does my realized P&L show 'Unpriced' for some disposals?+
Some Pump.fun-era memecoins have no price oracle history at the moment of disposal. We try CoinGecko, DefiLlama, GeckoTerminal, Birdeye and DexScreener in turn; if all five fail the disposal is surfaced as 'Unpriced' and excluded from the headline P&L. We do NOT auto-treat unpriced disposals as worthless — that would inflate your loss. To crystallise a worthless token as a genuine TCGA s.24 negligible-value claim, mark it manually on the disposal row.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Visit your /account page → Manage Subscription. Stripe handles cancellation directly so we never charge you a fee. Cancel any time, you keep Pro access until your billing period ends.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. /account → Danger zone → Delete my account. This is a permanent erasure under UK GDPR Article 17 — we wipe wallets, scans, reports, audit log, and any token classifications. Cannot be undone. Active Stripe subscriptions need to be cancelled separately at your billing portal.
I signed up but don't see my account+
First, check your email for a 'Confirm your CryptoLens account' message — Supabase requires email verification before the account is fully active. The link expires after 24 hours; if it has, just sign up again with the same email and we'll re-send. If you've definitely confirmed and still can't sign in, email support@cryptolens.uk and we can verify the account state directly.
Where's the API documentation?+
Live at /docs/api. The Pro tier includes 3 API keys with 600 req/min, the Developer tier (£19.99/mo) gives 5 keys with 2,000 req/min and webhook support. Manage keys at /api-keys.
How do I export my data?+
Dashboard → Reports & exports → 'Export all transactions (CSV)'. Includes every transaction across saved wallets in a format Excel/Sheets can open directly (UTF-8 BOM, proper column headers, optional tax-year filter). For an HMRC-ready capital gains schedule, use the SA108 report instead — same place, generates a print-to-PDF document.
